Someone can ride like a hack and basically get away with it!” I am  a mountain biker who was forced to give it up for reasons beyond my control, yet worked hard to maintain contact with riding, and was ultimately rewarded with a career in the sport that I loves. After all of those accomplishments and life experiences, I have an interesting outlook on the role mountain bikes play in my life today. “I exercised with all my friends who stay the same at mountain bike lover  for six years.

I used to express my feelings about what cycling can do for us in our life based on what I’ve experienced in my own. For me, it kept me going in the right direction. I always had my mind set on a goal, or towards a race, and I was always working towards something. I rarely had spare time on my hands, because I was always working towards a mountain-bike-related goal.

“Riding also keeps me extremely healthy. I look at the bad common habit of the people that they’re relatively unhealthy. I would tell those people to look at their grandparents, or maybe even parents, and then look at themselves and the potential cycling has to keep you in shape by doing this awesome thing. “Finally, it’s work ethic. because when this people on the pipe they looks like they are stomping a hole in the other riders’ souls.

Because if they’ve been at all successful by meeting the challenges and having the discipline it takes to get there, those skills translate to your everyday life. Through the work ethic that mountain biking instills, you know in your daily life you can tackle daily challenges in other aspects of your life and career.
